I’ve been asked,”What is the quickest win from data?”
My answer,” Please take another look at your team/department reports, visuals and reporting process.”
How many reports are BAU (business as usual) but is not useful in providing a clear picture on whether the business is doing well or not? How many performance metrics are still relevant? How many performance metrics are presented in a suitable visual, to reduce visual-to-decision time period?
So if you want to gain immediate value from your current data, re-look at your reports, BAU presentation and the performance metrics that are presented in them, how can you make the insights stand out better!
